Henley has to answer troubling allegations pertaining to the slaying of a South Las Vegas upcoming rapper referred in court documents as ‘R.W.’ The prosecution claims that Henley shot the musician execution style in North Las Vegas after the victim produced a diss song aimed at him. A Criminal Cover as a Community Activist
Law enforcement agents charge Henley for posing as a community activist in South Los Angeles claiming to be on a mission to curb gang violence. On the contrary, he purportedly turned philanthropic work into a front for criminal activities.
“Henley and his group are part of a pattern of pretty much every crime there is, from extortion to tax fraud, all under a sophisticated criminal syndicate headed by Mr. Henley,” said FBI Special Agent Tyler Hatcher who supervises the Los Angeles IRS Criminal Investigation unit.
Hatcher claimed that Henley like many gang leaders in Los Angeles managed charities that purportedly addressed anti-gang violence issues while in reality, they disguised their criminal gang activities.
